This tool should be considered highly experimental at this stage, with the strong recommendation that competitor numbers be written down first, then entered into the system.

The system can then assist in organising those competitor sightings, identifying the division they are from, and providing some limited guidance as to which checkpoint they should be recorded against, before transmission back to base.

A rough change-log of the previous few releases:

• 0.0.3:
  • "Competitors to come" tab added to the checkpoint view.
  • Try to prevent the navigation bar collapsing down to a 1cm wide strip, instead setting the minimum size so a reasonable amount of text is visible.
• 0.0.2:
  • Added "Next checkpoint" display when reporting unreported sightings.
  • Keyboard navigation refinements to avoid hard-coded shortcuts taken by certain UI elements in the Java Swing UI library.
  • Compute the next unused checkpoint number, order and stage order, when creating new stages and checkpoints.
