Pre-alpha release `0.0.4` available

This new release fixes a lot of bugs found in the 0.0.3 release and adds a number of new features:

Added some exception handling/logging in the database layer to avoid a UI bug corrupting the database. (Issue #6)
Fixed a typo which mis-reported events to the JTable class, causing an array index out-of-bounds error (also issue #6).
Implemented a touch-friendly date/time picker. DST support is a work-in-progress.
Used date/time picker in sighting reporting form to avoid buggy custom date/time parsing logic (issue #9)
Cleaned up checkpoint labels (issue #10)
Added an operators field to checkpoints (issue #5)
Added suggested report time to reporting table (issue #8)
Forced re-load of navigation tree node when re-loading children (issue #1)
Fixed switching to checkpoints view from add sightings pane (issue #12)
Added a count to some table views (issue #7)
Implemented a copy checkpoints from stage feature.
